We want you to be completely satisfied with your Billy Reid purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip, then print them directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside and the prepaid label is attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS service point, keeping your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
